"Mo helped us buy a foreclosure that was easy at first, and then turned into a giant mess with multiple hurdles to jump. There was serious doubt that this would become our first home. Mo personally got us over each and every hurdle, and made sure we were 150% happy and comfortable with every aspect of this purchase. Mo will for sure be our recommended real estate agent to friends and family."

"Mo is awesome!!! She went the extra mile, multiple times, for my husband and i when we were looking for and under agreement on our first home. We ran into some trouble with locating the owner of the other side of the town home, and Mo spent days upon days finally reaching the Owner next door and actually arranging a time and place for us all to meet face to face, which was very important to us! Turns out the owner of the town home next door is a great person who just got confused form all previous couples who had been trying to buy this town home... Mo will do whatever is necessary for her clients and always is out to make sure they are in the best possible situation with their big purchase/sale!"

"I cannot say enough about Mo. I had a complicated situation as I was house hunting from another state. Mo was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable of the NH market. She is very intuitive. I think Mo knew what I wanted in a house before I did. She is always prompt and very responsive. I swear I felt like I was her only client because she was always available when needed. My wife and I had a few houses we lost in a bidding war or poor inspection. Although disappointed, Mo kept things positive, kept us motivated and ensured that we would find the perfect house. "In May 2016, my husband and I were looking for a house. We met Mo and right away we knew she was going to be our realtor. Shes very professional pays attention to details and gives good feed back. Shes also attentive and reachable. We talked just about everyday. She cares about her clients needs and wants.We looked at many houses and she was very patient with us. Finally we found the house on May 31, 2016. The deal was made quickly and we closed quickly. We were impressed by her work ethic. Then in May 2021 we worked with her again. She helped us sell our house as we are retiring. The house sold very quickly. Again, she did a great job working with us. We are currently looking for a house for our daughter. Mo is working with us. Mo is a joy to work with. She is very personable and has a great sense of humor. Shes very positive and has a calming demeanor about her. We can't say enough about her.
